Our Policy
- DIRECT BOOKING - Direct payment to the company, no surprises and no intermediaries
- PREPAYMENT AND PAYMENT: 50% of the total payment upon booking. - Remaining balance: You will find the detailed payment conditions in the voucher we send after booking.
- CHANGES TO YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME: Please remember that if you encounter any issues that may delay your arrival at the establishment, you must contact us at 981508090 or 609572817 if your arrival will be later than 8:00 PM on the day of arrival at CASA BRANDARIZ.
- CANCELLATION POLICY FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
- In case of cancellation outside the above period:
1. If the cancellation occurs 15 or more days before the arrival date,
you are entitled to a refund of any amount paid.
2. If the cancellation occurs between the 8th and 15th day before the arrival date, your card may be charged an amount equivalent to 50% of the total payment.
3. If the cancellation occurs between the 7th day and the day of arrival, your card may be charged an amount equivalent to 100% of the total payment.
- FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS DUE TO COVID-19: Due to the current pandemic situation, we are flexible with the cancellation conditions for our direct bookings:
---- If you are forced to cancel your reservation due to illness, mobility restrictions, etc., no charges will be applied. If any amount has been prepaid, it will be fully refunded.
---- Optionally and at no additional cost, you can also modify the dates of your reservation to others that are more convenient for you, as long as the accommodation availability allows it.
- CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY: Maximum one extra bed per room: 10€/day

- PRECHECKIN SYSTEM: We have the CHECKIN TOOLS system provided by the professional and secure reservation system for tourist accommodations, MisterPlan, which allows precheckin (data registration from your home). Therefore, after booking, we will need scanned data from the ID and PASSPORT of all guests. This minimizes the time and contact required for check-in at the accommodation.
